How do I register for the Andrology 2020?
You can register at via the conference website. Please note that the on-demand material is included in your registration and available until 9 January 2021.

Is there a group registration?
No, group registrations are not possible.

Until when can I register for the conference
Registration is possible at any time before or during the digital conference. Registration is possible via the conference website.

Will there be registration fees for both parts of the conference?
No, the registration fees already include both parts of the conference. You can register via the conference website. Please note that the on-demand material is included in your registration and available until 9 January 2021.

I will not be available from 5–9 December, 2020. Will I still be able to access the digital conference content?
A major part of the conference material will also be available after the conference. All you need to do is register for the conference on the conference website. The on-demand material is included in your registration and available until 9 January 2021. Please note that we are dependent on the consent of the authors, therefore some content may not be published within the on-demand section.

What do I need to attend the digital conference?
To participate in the digital conference, you will need a good and stable internet connection, your computer/laptop, tablet or cell phone, speakers/headphones and a microphone. Please also make sure that you are using the latest version of your internet browser. We do not recommend using any version of Internet Explore. The use of a camera is optional. You can find further information on the technical prerequisites in the user manual. You must also be registered for the meeting. Registration is possible as usual via the conference website.

Are the sessions interactive? Will there be a possibility for Q&A?
The speakers and chairs attend the sessions live (even though most of the presentations are not live). You can ask questions via the chat during the presentations. At the end of each talk, chairs review the questions, read them out and the speakers answer them. Interactive chat rooms will also be available at all time during the digital conference for further discussion and communication.

Will there be an industrial exhibition?
Yes, the digital conference is accompanied by a digital industrial exhibition. The companies have the opportunity to present themselves and their products on their detailed pages. Just like at a face-to-face event, you can view the material on display and exchange information with the booth staff. Our industrial partners are looking forward to your visit!

Whom can I contact in case I have technical problems, questions etc. during the conference?
During the digital part of the conference, you can get in touch with our live support via the chat icon in the right-hand corner on all pages of the digital conference platform.

Will it be possible to get CME points at the digital conference?
The conference programme is certified by the medical chamber of Thuringia. The following CME points can be received (attending the digital conference programme is mandatory, registration is not sufficient):

The certification was also applied for at the EACCME.

As during a face-to-face meeting, the credits will be automatically transferred by Conventus to the medical chamber after the conference. Please note that the certification only applies to the live programme from 5–9 Demceber, 2020. Accessing the conference material after the conference is not certified.

My abstract has been accepted for the digital conference – what happens next?
You should have received a separate email regarding the procedure for each session and the technical requirements. You can also find further information on the digital format of the sessions and the preparation and upload of your ePoster/presentation on the conference website. Please do not forget to register for the conference as usual. Registration is done via the conference website.

Is there a programme book or something like that?
Yes, all of the abstracts will be published in Andrology (Wiley) and the Journal of Reproductive Medicine and Endocrinology (Krause & Pachernegg GmbH). As soon as the abstract books are finalised, they will be available online on the conference website.
